If you’ve ever thought about training in Jiu-Jitsu or grappling but hesitated because you felt out of shape, inexperienced, or unsure if you’d fit in, you’re not alone. Lucky Cat Grappling Co. exists for people exactly like that. Not sure if Jiu Jitsu is for you? Check out some of the benefits our members enjoy below:

Self Defense
It's a scary world out there. Learn skills that will help keep you safe in stressful and potentially life threatening environments. The skills our members learn and practice translate directly to unwanted confrontations.
Get In Shape
The best type of work outs are the ones you don't realize you are doing! Grappling is a fantastic way to get in shape while learning valuable skills in a FUN environment. While not specifically geared toward fitness, learning and drilling grappling techniques as well as live sparring get you active, moving and sweating!
Clean Safe Environment
Our facilities are inspected and sanitized DAILY. We enforce hygiene policies as well in an attempt to keep our members safe.
Competition/ Sport
Although not required, many of our members choose to compete in local and major competitions, MMA Fights, and Super Fights to test themselves and gauge their progress. We support and coach our members regardless of their goals/ skill level.
Community
We strive to be a place to get away from the pressures of everyday life. Like minded individuals coming together and working on themselves is a positive outlet/ environment where we hope to be a welcoming and inclusive 3rd space for our members and visitors alike.
Women Only Classes Available
Some women prefer to learn Jiu Jitsu or self defense without the pressure or intimidation that can come from mixed training. This is a great way to get started and build confidence before integrating with regular classes.
